Jim Alnas-Benson, CLFP, Customer Support Lead

Jim started at Ivory in 1993 when he was hired to write documentation. Presently, Jim leads the customer support and documentation teams, as well as the IT team.

Before joining Ivory, Jim worked at the Berkeley Food and Housing Project and at several bicycle shops.

Jim earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics from St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He also earned a M.Div. degree from the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, CA.

David Holmgren, CLFP, Customer Support Specialist

David has been a member of Ivory’s customer support team and the software quality assurance team since 1996. His involvement with the equipment leasing industry dates from the late 1980s. He has presented at industry conferences and published more than a dozen articles on the finer points of leasing.

David earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, an M.B.A. (Technischer Betriebswirt) from the Wirtschaftsakademie in Bremen, Germany and an M.B.A. from St. Mary's College. He also spent a year at the University of Uppsala in Sweden.

Edmund Wong, Customer Support Specialist

Edmund has been with Ivory since 2007 as a member of the customer support and sales and marketing teams. He specializes in interfacing with customers and prospects spanning a number of disciplines, including sales, technical support and training, consulting, sales and marketing support, as well as product management.

Prior to joining Ivory, he held internships at two Bay Area startups that concentrated on health and wellness.

Edmund earned a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Before joining Ivory, Phil spent 11 years working at The Software Toolworks, Mindscape, Headland Digital Media, Pearson, The Learning Company, Mattel Interactive, Broderbund and Riverdeep.

Phil earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
